LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

After having participated in the satellite symposium, the pathologist will:

  1. Understand the importance of CD30 detection in diagnosis and treatment
  2. Apply the best practice to detect CD30 in malignant tissues, recognize the pitfalls in CD30 detection and potential solutions
  3. Evaluate recent data from clinical trials using CD30-targeting therapeutics on relapsed/refractory HL and sALCL, which focuses on brentuximab vedotin, and outline the clinical relevance for other haematological malignancies
